Sylogist has been awarded a multi-year contract by the Texas OAG to implement a new, cloud-based Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS), supporting 150+ agencies with real-time, secure notifications.

Our SaaS ARR grew at 17% Y/Y in Q4, with recurring revenue now at 72% of total revenue. As we scale our high-margin SaaS model, we expect to deliver lasting growth and value.
