A Positive Transition
With this exciting evolution comes the sunsetting of Bellamy, which has faithfully served municipalities for over 30 years.
Bellamy will reach its End of Mainstream Support on January 1, 2025, and its End of Life on January 1, 2026.
Here’s what this means for you:
End of Support: If you maintain an active AM&S fee, you will retain access to the Bellamy software, and we will continue to provide support and regulatory updates. While we won’t offer general maintenance or billable services, training remains an exception.
End of Life: After January 1, 2026, Bellamy will no longer be accessible, even for on-premises deployments, and no support services will be available.
As we channel our resources into SylogistGov, it’s important to note that during the final year of Bellamy (01/01/2025 – 12/31/2025), there will be a 25% increase in the AM&S fee compared to the prior year (CY 2024). This adjustment reflects our commitment to supporting your transition to our advanced SylogistGov platform and ensuring a seamless experience for your municipality.
We acknowledge that our decision to sunset Bellamy might appear as a mandatory upgrade, but we firmly believe that it’s in the best interest of your municipality. This transition ensures heightened security, improved performance, and long-term sustainability for your operations.
